Pawku Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026 · Nexzem

Pawku ("the app") is a puzzle game made by Nexzem. This policy explains what information the app handles. We keep it to the minimum needed to run a free, ad-supported game.

What we do not collect

Pawku has no accounts. We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.

Data stored on your device

Your progress, coins, settings and unfinished puzzles are saved locally on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes them.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address and basic device information to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent through Google's certified consent form before personalized ads are shown; you can change your choice at any time. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Analytics and crash reports (Google Firebase)

We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous gameplay events (for example "level started", "level completed", board size, time taken, mistakes, hints used, app opened) together with basic device information and an app-instance identifier, to understand which puzzles are fun and where players get stuck. We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports and diagnostics (device model, OS version, the app's recent in-game actions before a crash) so we can fix bugs. This data is not linked to your name or contact details. See Firebase privacy information.

Purchases (Google Play Billing & RevenueCat)

If you buy something, payment is handled entirely by Google Play. We use RevenueCat to verify purchases and restore them on a new device. This involves an anonymous app user ID and your purchase receipt. We never see your payment details.

Notifications

If you allow it, the app schedules a local daily reminder on your device. No push token is sent to us.

Children

Pawku is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices & deletion

You can turn off personalized ads through the consent form or your device settings, uninstall the app to remove local data, and email us to request deletion of any analytics data associated with your device.
